Simple Moist Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  1. 1 1/4 cup of flour
  2. 1 cup of sugar
  3. 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  4. 1 teaspoon of soda
  5. 1/2 a cup of shortening
  6. 2 ripe bananas or 1 cup pureed
  7. 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

In a mixing bowl beat the eggs and set aside.


Mix the dry ingredients and add the shortening. Puree the bananas and add to dry ingredients. Add the beaten eggs. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

 

Adsolutely heaven eating this moist banana bread !
