Moist Banana Bread Recipe |
Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cups of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 large ripe bananas - dark and bruised is fine
- 1/2 cup nuts -use your favourite - I like hazlenuts or almonds
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Instructions
Grab a large mixing bowl and combine the sugar, butter, and eggs. Sift thedry ingredients and dd mashed bananas, chopped nuts, and vanilla essence. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 375°F degrees for approx an hour.
